What a wonderful product! So glad I decided to purchase it at the FMCA Rally. Just plug it in and it goes to work. It also updates with no hassle, even updating the external hard drive plugged into my computer.

We have been putting this task off for a long time, even though we know it is important. After going to your seminar at Good Sam's Rally in Louisville, I was convinced that your easy to use back up tool was just the thing for us. It was so easy to use, I backed up my laptop overnight with it while in our RV. It couldn't have been easier

This unit is so simple to use. The ease of use is quick and automatic. Each backup is dated and only changed files are recorded.
