Great customer service and easy to reach by phone... very personal experience.... however, when ordering the RealTek RTL8187 Booster, the sales person should inform the customer that antenna mount is sold separately, and not included with the booster... [Sorry about that John - it is listed as extra next to the photo, but I've added it as an optional extra just to be sure. Thanks for the feedback! Phil, TechnoRV]

Captifi mount

We ordered the Captifi Antenna along with the ladder mount. The combo makes for a nice clean and easy install. We would recommend these products and TechnoRV to all of our family and friends. Thanks for the pleasant experience.

Worked very well on my RV ladder to the roof. It includes 4 plastic washers/fillers in case the ladder rail you're attaching to is a smaller diameter.
