30-day Money Back Guarantee
  All our products carry a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, simply contact us, request an RMA number and return the product. Assuming it is undamaged and in it's original wrapping we will issue you a full refund. If the product was received damaged or has stopped working, refer to our product guarantee for details.
Product Guarantee
  All our products carry a minimum of one year guarantee over and above any manufacturers warranty. If you experience any problems, please let us know to see if we can resolve them. If we are unable to, we'll issue you an RMA. Simply return the product and we'll replace it. If we can't replace the product for what ever reason, we'll issue a full refund.

We submit all fraudulent orders, as well as the IP address used to perpetrate the fraud, to the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the United States Postal Inspection Service and the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL) for prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. In addition, we will work with cardholders, credit card companies, and local authorities to pursue fraud offenders.
